Terms & Conditions
Last updated on June 12, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pattytheconnector.com (“Website”) and the purchase or use of any coaching services and digital products offered by Patty the Connector (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a sole proprietorship based in the United States.
By accessing the Website, purchasing our services, or downloading our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
01Definitions
- “Services” means the coaching sessions, digital products, Website, and any related content or communications we provide.
- “Coaching” means the one-to-one or group self-development coaching sessions we offer.
- “Digital Products” means our self-development ebooks and any other downloadable or digitally delivered materials.
- “You” or “Client” means the person accessing the Website or purchasing the Services.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our Services or enter into these Terms. By using our Services, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
03Coaching Services
Our Coaching is provided for personal self-development purposes only. Sessions are delivered at the times agreed between you and the Company. You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and for any technology or connection needed to attend.
Coaching is a collaborative process. While we are committed to supporting your growth, we do not guarantee any specific result or outcome. Your progress depends on your own participation, effort, and circumstances.
Our Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. It does not constitute therapy, counseling, or healthcare. If you need support of that kind, please consult a licensed professional.
04Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice. With sufficient notice, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, are treated as completed and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. We reserve the right to reschedule a session if we are unable to attend, in which case you will be offered an alternative time.
05Digital Products
When you purchase a Digital Product, such as an ebook, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, share, or publicly post our Digital Products, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. All Digital Products remain our intellectual property.
06Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are payable in full at the time of purchase, unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Access to Services is granted once payment has been received.
If a payment plan is agreed, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments. We reserve the right to suspend access to Services if a payment is missed.
07Refunds
Due to the nature of our Services, the following refund terms apply:
- Digital Products: All sales are final. Because ebooks and other digital materials are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once a product has been purchased or accessed.
- Coaching: Completed sessions are non-refundable. If you have purchased a package of sessions and wish to discontinue, any unused sessions may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion, less the value of sessions already used.
This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
08Intellectual Property
All content on the Website and within our Services, including text, ebooks, coaching materials, frameworks, graphics, logos, and the name “Patty the Connector,” is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content except as expressly permitted in these Terms.
09Client Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use our Services in any way that could harm the Company, other clients, or third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these Terms.
10Disclaimers
Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including any guarantee of specific results. As stated above, our Services are for self-development purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
11Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
12Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our Services.
13Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.
14Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.
